Bhava Ambassador Terms

You make posts about Bhava on the platforms you listed, in your own voice, and we pay you for the posts we approve. You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent or partner of Bhava. You decide how and when you work; we only agree the deliverables and the rules below.

• Your deliverables (platform, format, how many, within how many days) and your fee are in your panel under Your terms. They are private to you. We can propose a change; nothing changes until you have seen the new terms in your panel and in an email.
• A post is paid once we approve it in your panel. We approve or ask for a change within 2 working days of your submission.
• Package deals pay the package amount across the paying posts, after each approved one. A post beyond the package is welcome but not paid unless we agree a new deal first.
• A post that is not in your deliverables (another platform or format) is not paid unless we agreed it in writing beforehand.

If your terms include a Plus bounty, you earn it the first time a member who joined Bhava with your code or link buys a Plus plan. One bounty per member. Refunded purchases do not count.

• We pay on Fridays for posts approved by Thursday. There is no minimum payout.
• We pay by PayPal, Wise, Xoom or Payoneer, and in the US also by Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. PayPal and Venmo are sent automatically; the others are sent by hand on the same Friday.
• Before the first payout you give us a payout method and a signed tax form in your panel: W-9 if you are a US person, W-8BEN otherwise. A payout waits until both are in, then goes out the next Friday.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. We issue tax documents where the law requires it.
• Fees are quoted in USD or INR as shown in your terms. Currency conversion and your bank's charges are yours; The sending fee of the service we pay through is ours.

• Every post is labelled as paid: #ad or #BhavaPartner in the text, and the platform's own paid-partnership label where one exists. Unlabelled posts are not approved and not paid. This follows the FTC rules in the US, ASCI in India and their equivalents elsewhere.
• Say what Bhava is honestly. Never state how many people are on Bhava, prices, or promise matches or marriage. The full Do's and Don'ts, which you accept separately, are part of these terms.
• Use the Bhava name and logo as given in the kit, and do not alter them. Do not edit screenshots of the app.
• No posts that are misleading, hateful, sexual, or that break a platform's rules or the law.
• Keep each approved post up for at least 30 days.

• You own what you make. You give Bhava a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share, repost, quote and feature your approved Bhava posts, including in ads, on bhavapp.com and in the kit, for as long as the post is public and for 12 months after. We will credit you by the handle you posted from.
• You confirm your posts are your own work, that anyone appearing in them agreed to appear, and that you have the rights to any music or footage you use.
• Bhava's name, logo, screenshots and clips remain ours; you may use them only for Bhava posts under these terms.

Your code and link are yours to share. Do not buy traffic to them, use them in paid ads without our written OK, or ask anyone to join for a reward other than what Bhava offers them. Sign-ups through your code are counted by our system; its count is final.

None. You may work with other brands, including other dating or matrimony apps. Just do not post about a competitor in the same post as Bhava, and tell us if a conflict comes up so we can plan around it.

We hold your name, email, phone, city, channels, payout details and tax form to run the programme and pay you, as described in the Bhava privacy policy. Tax details are stored encrypted and never shown in email. We never share your contact details with other ambassadors or members.

• Either side can end at any time with a note in the panel or by email. Posts already approved are still paid on the next Friday. Posts submitted after the end are not paid.
• We may end immediately and withhold unpaid fees if a post breaks the posting rules, misleads people, or if sign-ups through your code look fraudulent. You may keep your posts up or take them down; the licence in section 6 ends when you take a post down.

We may update these terms. You will see the new version in your panel and by email, and you accept it there before your next post. Your fee and deliverables are not changed by a terms update.

• Nothing here creates employment, agency, a partnership or a joint venture.
• Bhava's total liability to you under these terms is limited to the fees owed to you at the time of the claim. You are responsible for your own posts and for complying with your platforms' rules and your local advertising law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, the same as the Bhava Terms of Service. If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
