How Bhava works
From sign-up to your first chat.
Five minutes to set up, one photo check, then a few people every evening at 7, each scored out of 36. Here is every step, as it looks in the app.

Parchi: she asks first
A verified woman writes one line to the men in her Drop. They reply in their own words, blind; she keeps only the ones she likes. How a parchi works
Step 1: She writes one line
Before she looks at anyone, a verified woman writes one question to the men in tonight's Drop.
One parchi per Drop
Step 2: It lands on his phone
Her question arrives on a folded slip. No photo, no name. He writes back on it in his own words.
Up to 200 letters
Step 3: He writes back, 24 hours
Each man has a day to answer on the slip. Then it closes, and his reply waits for her, folded.

Step 4: She unfolds, blind
One reply at a time: his words, age, area and your Kundali score. She keeps it or lets it go.

On Android now. On iPhone it comes in the 2.2.0 update, in review with Apple.

Chats start with prompts and all eight checks explained, so the first line is easy.

Questions
Questions people ask
Is Bhava free?
Yes. Your Drop, the score, chats and the family view are free. Plus adds two more people a night, a second city, Namaste in 7 and Plus Boost.
Do I need to know my birth time?
It helps the score be exact. If you don’t know it, ask family; you can change it later.
Who sees my birth details?
Nobody. They are used to work out your score and are never shown on your profile.
Why only a few people a night?
So you look at each one properly. A short list you finish beats a feed you never do.
My city isn’t open. What happens?
You join its waiting room. It opens when enough verified women join, and you’re in its first Drop.
Can my parents see my chats?
No. Family you invite see matches, scores and notes, never chats.
